Public Outreach

Direct Mail
City Works, a bi-monthly newsletter, is distributed through direct-mail to 22,000 residents and utility customers of the City. More information about City Works and digital copies can be accessed here.

Public Information staff is pleased to arrange talks or tours for student groups, scout troops, civic organizations, etc. Contact the Office of Public Information to learn about the options available to you and to schedule a talk or tour through the City of Burlington.

Media Relations

The Office of Public Information is responsible for acting as a liaison between media outlets and the City. The Office of Public Information issues Media Releases regularly and serves as the primary media contact. To be added to the media distribution list and receive all Media Releases issued by the Office of Public Information, email your request to .
